Dan Clough, President

With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Dan, our founder and president, has a vast knowledge of installation and flooring sales.  He was introduced to the carpet business from his father-in-law in his early twenties.  His focus is commercial and specialty projects.  He is a huge Jimmy Buffet fan and is always planning his next beach vacay.

Becky Clough, Office Manager

Becky worked for many years in the medical billing field and in doctor's offices.  She leverages her business knowledge from her previous field and runs the operations side of Top Floors Carpet One.  She also loves helping clients in our showroom, especially with color selection and coordinating with a design scheme.  She is a tennis fanatic and enjoys spending time at the pool with her grand daughters.

Michelle Ali, Marketing Manager and Scheduling

With a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Production and Design from Auburn University (War Eagle!), Michelle makes sure the showroom has everything our clients need and looks great.  She serves as sales support for the sales team as well as scheduling the installation teams and purchasing.  She enjoys being crafty and reading.

Keith Ali, Sales Consultant

Keith has had an extensive career in retail.  He used to work for Levi's where he learned from one of America's best brand what exceptional customer service is.  He also studied architecture and has an eye for design and balance.  Keith enjoys making a clients vision a reality.  He is able to work with any budget and is always ready to hear about a new project.  He is an avid gym enthusiast and loves listening to music.  

Sabrina Sinanovic, Sales Consultant

Sabrina has been in sales for 13 years.  She was previously the Sales Manager at a European food distributor.  Sabrina has fun with her clients and loves helping them select the perfect flooring to update their home or business.  She is a certified sales consultant and stays up to date on the latest flooring trends.  Sabrina loves spending time with her family and trying new restaurants.

Terry Dubois, Warehouse Manager 

At the age of 16, Terry started to work as a helper installing carpet with a neighbor.  By the age of 18, he bought a van, started aquiring a set of specialty tools and started his own company.  Terry has 45 years of installation knowledge.  He runs our warehouse and supports the installation teams with his extensive understanding of the unique problems that can arrise when installing flooring.  Terry has nine grandchildren and loves to spend time taking them fishing on the weekends.
